Secure Ordering
At Hi-5 Films we accept payment by PayPal and personal cheques. Our ordering system ensures all details provided by the customer are securely encrypted. If paying by cheque please allow a further 3 to 5 working days for clearance. Cheques should be made payable to Hi-5 Films and sent to the address below.

Hi-5 Films will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties under any circumstances.
Information given at the time of ordering is collected lawfully by Hi-5 Films and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We need to collect this information in order to process the transaction, fulfil your order and provide you with a first class service.

Shipping and Handling
UK SHIPPING - - Items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Post, Royal Mail Recorded First Class Post or Parcel Force Worldwide.
Postage is calculated according to the item weight; please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding delivery.

Orders to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and BFPO parcels may be subject to an extra charge, dependant on the weight of the parcel - Customers will be contacted by email first if this is the case and will be asked to confirm if they wish the order to proceed.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING - Overseas orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail, Parcel Force

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order within four working days from receipt. Despatch will be via a carrier of our choice unless specific written instructions are received and any additional charges for non standard despatch have been agreed prior to shipment.

We do not despatch orders on Saturdays or Bank Holiday Mondays. When items are out of stock, we will email to inform you when the item will be available or we can send an alternative product of your choice. International orders are generally received in less than 21 days.

Back Orders
If there is any problem with an item of stock which may take longer than
2 weeks to arrive to us, we will contact you via email or telephone, to discuss options with you.

Tax Charges
All prices shown include 17.5% VAT where applicable. Countries outside the European Union are VAT exempt, and this will be deducted on receipt of your order to us. We will then notify you by email of the new total cost of your order.
